Town by town
- ClemsonMost Clemson households rent, so a damp crawl space here is often a landlord's problem long before anyone sees it. We work across Clemson and Central from our base in Seneca.
- WalhallaWalhalla's houses are older than most in Oconee County, and many sit on vented crawl spaces that pull in humid summer air. We come up from Seneca, about 8 miles to the southeast.
- WestminsterWestminster has the oldest housing of any town around Seneca, and many of its homes stand on block or brick foundations with open vents. We work here from Seneca, about 7 miles east.
- Lake KeoweeMany Lake Keowee homes are built into a slope, with one side of the crawl space dug into the hill. Water moving downhill through the clay reaches that wall first, so drainage comes before the liner.
- PendletonPendleton sits between Clemson and Anderson, and its housing mixes historic homes with newer ones. Buying or selling one puts the crawl space on the CL-100 report, so it helps to know what's down there first.
- AndersonAnderson is the farthest town on our list, a longer drive from Seneca than any of the others. Its older houses and historic districts are the reason we make it.
